Ewa Pluciennik

Born in Poland and raised in family of artists. Formal art education received in Art College in her native city, Opole – Poland. Traveling extensively throughout Europe, living in Italy for a year, enjoying a vibrant life and selling her paintings gave her an unforgettable experience.
In Canada since 1986, Ewa started her career as a very successful illustrator and book designer. This brought her to the field of graphic design for over twenty year. Her inspiration is always nature – light, colors, forms of fields, mountains, surroundings of city, animals; especially horses are among her favorites. To capture and share the beauty she is painting in mediums of oil, acrylic, soft pastel and watercolor.
